Description

Swindon Borough Council invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the refurbishment of Part Ground Floor and Staff Toilets Floors 1-5 Wat Tyler House (West) Swindon

Project Description

The contractor will be required to undertake the work which is more particularly detailed in the tender documentation with a brief outline below:

• Internal Refurbishment Works
• Joinerworks - fitting out
• Plumbing and Drainage Works
• Decorations and Finishing including carpeting
• Electrical & Mechanical Works
• Associated works including the removal of waste and pricing should include for the disposal of waste material and clean up of works as appropriate

The contract term will be 16 weeks

Full details relating to the Works are provided in the tender documents.

Swindon Borough Council will also be allocating two dates for site visits (2nd/3rd March 2020). Please see section 3 of the Invitation to Tender Document (ITT) for details of how to register to attend.
