Description

Following a further competition under the Crown Commercial Services Public Sector Legal Services (RM6240) Lot 1 - Full Service Provision - England and Wales, the GDC is awarding a contract for the provision of Legal advice and services.

The main provision of services cover by this contract are:

• Employment Law;
• Contract and Procurement Law;
• Property and Estates Law; and
• Information Law

The contract will commences on 1 March 2023 for an initial period of 3 years (i.e.28 February 2025).The Buyer may extend the Contract beyond the initial period, increment to be determined by the Buyer. In accordance with the framework agreement, the call off contract may be extended up to two years beyond the framework agreement expiry date i.e. maximum call off duration will be until 5 September 2028.
