Phase Three of the Enterprise Development and Growth programme will deliver a range of start-up and business support activities, including specific targets and outputs in compliance with the requirements of the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), which is part funding the programme. ERDF targets and outputs must be achieved, but are a minimum requirement, and additional outputs, outcomes, and benefits from delivering business support and ensuring young business sustainability and growth should be achieved through the delivery of Phase 3.

Partners will work alongside the successful tenderer to deliver this contract, to ensure that:
o there is effective and accessible start-up advice and support being delivered across the GBSLEP area;
o potential entrepreneurs and new businesses seeking support can access it via the GBSLEP Growth Hub;
o young businesses are linked effectively into the wider business support network across Greater Birmingham & Solihull, enabling them to access the resources that will support their future development and growth.
