Description

1.20 The Trust is seeking a supplier to deliver a flexible psychology and counselling service to the Trust for Patients or Carers of Patients with the following conditions or requirements.

Palliative Care
Cancer
Surgery for Heredity Breast Cancer
Bariatric Surgery
Stroke
This service may also be extended at a later date to cover the following long terms conditions
Cardiology
Renal
Diabetes
Other specialities
The successful supplier will be required to deliver a counselling and psychology service of level 3 and level 4 interventions and also provide clinical supervision to the Cancer Nurse Specialists.
