Description

The tender is to commission the scoping and engagement to understand what wellbeing programmes support the successful implementation of the Stevenson, Farmer Review (2017) Core and Enhanced Standards and to assist in creating the engagement framework and tools for employers to implement in their organisation
Objectives
1. Map and review national and international models of workplace mental health interventions including workplace wellbeing programmes that meet the core and enhanced standards of Thriving at work.
2. To work with the Public Health lead across the East and West Midlands who will seek to identify the regional provider position and their current offer of mental health interventions that meet the core and enhanced standards
3. The cost of providing the interventions per employee for the identified interventions that meet the core and enhanced standards.
4. Create a network of Employers and business leaders across a variety of sizes, sectors and LEP geography across the region to ascertain:
a) their uptake of interventions that meet the core and enhanced standards
b) the opportunities and barriers to implementing mental health interventions in in the workplace
5. Assess the effectiveness and scalability of the interventions that meet the core and enhanced standards identified in objectives 1 &2 and provide a model for roll out.
6. In collaboration with the Public Health lead and MIND lead produce a report, or series of reports, summarising the evidence base, mapping and scoping and qualitative perspectives from key informants, to provide a feasibility and impact modelling report with options for action.
