Description

Leeds City Council wish to purchase gas to refuel a fleet of CNG vehicles consisting of up to 10 No. HGV refuse collection vehicles and a number of LCV'S.
The average daily fuel consumption of each HGV is 60 kgs and each LCV is 20 kgs. The fuel capacity of the HGV is 640 litres WC and the LCV 220 litres WC.
Each vehicle is fitted with an NGV1 receptacle recessed into a plastic housing with a screwed dust cover and the maximum refuelling pressure of the vehicles is 200 bar.g.. Operational demands require that the vehicles are fully refuelled before leaving the depot each day.
