Description

The Local Energy North West Hub is seeking the services consultant knowledgeable in Housing Retrofit to complete a Programme Evaluation of the Local Authority Delivery Phase 2 programme.
Scope:
1. Evaluate LAD 2 programme outcomes, including statistical analysis.
2. Review strategic context for housing retrofit, including government policies and grant programmes
3. Review and disseminate lessons learnt through LAD 2 programme including research produced by the hub to support delivery
4. Project manage the Programme Evaluation, including stakeholder interviews, meeting organisation etc
