Description

Description of Services
SCDC are looking for a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to undertake a construction works for a domestic extension at a Property at St. Vincent's Close, Girton, Cambridgeshire.

The construction works comprises of a conversion on an existing garage into a bedroom with level access shower facilities. The creation of an independent doorway that is separate from the existing property, the front will require disabled access with internal door into the living room modified for disabled access. The front of the garage requires extension to create a larger space with Aco drain to the front driveway.
