Colchester City Council on behalf of Firstsite Ltd (contracting authority), Lewis Gardens, High Street, Colchester, Essex CO1 1JH, conducted a mini competition under the Braintree District Council Construction Consultancy Framework - Ref: EPH21-001 - Lot 2 Building Services Engineering
