Description

Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council (DMBC) is seeking a suitably experienced Contractor to tender for the design and construction of a new build National Innovation Centre (NIC), utility building, drainage and external works at recently cleared railway land adjacent to A4037 Tipton Road, Dudley, DY1 4AH.
The NIC will be constructed on land owned by DMBC.This project will create the National Innovation Centre (NIC) for Very Light Rail (VLR) research. The NIC and associated external works will spur research, innovation and product design in very light rail,traditional rail, and motor vehicle technology
