Description

WCHG has a requirement for a new GROUNDWORKS - REPAIRS & MAINTENANCE contract.

The Works shall be located in and around the Wythenshawe area and includes all WCHG domestic properties.

The overall aims of the Contract are:
o To provide works to repair or renew paving, driveways, garden areas to WCHG domestic properties within property boundaries
o To ensure the safety of tenants and members of the public who may be affected by the proposed Work
o To deliver a safe, cost effect service in line with the schedule of works provided by WCHG

Duration - the agreement will run for a period of THREE years, with an option to extend for TWO further 12-month periods, subject to satisfactory performances and annual review.
