Description
Damp Diagnosis and Causes
Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council is seeking to appoint an experienced training provider to carry out Damp Diagnosis and Causes Training to Trade employees working in a high-risk environment.
The Council will provide a void property for the trainer to use during the practical element of the course.
This training is required to reduce the risk of court action, claims and compensation (disrepair and Statutory Nuisance). This is to provide the appropriate training to officers to identify survey and provide reports as required.
The training is required to be delivered face to face at the Operations and Development Centre, Roway Lane, Oldbury. This location has been through Sandwell Council's Reset & Recovery Board with rigorous COVID-19 Risk Assessments to ensure the safety of employees and external trainers.
Term of Contract
The training will be required to start from January 2021 in line with room availability at the Operations and Development Centre, Roway Lane, Oldbury.
The training will be for 16 employees that work within the Asset Management & Maintenance service area.
Two sessions will be required with 8 delegates on each session in line with COVID-19 Risk Assessments.
Value of Contract
The estimated budget is £6,000. This figure is intended to act as a guide to assist the preparation of your quotation. The Council does not bind itself to this or any other figure.
