Description
The project is to fully refurbish and transform the carbon footprint of a 153 year old village hall. The hall will require insulation, a new heating system, full electrical rewiring and upgrading, significant structural work to repair eroded brickwork and pointing, replace a number of flat roofs, construct a new entrance way, some internal changes, open up the rear to a new patio area and cosmetic changes to the interior of the building.
