Description
The North of Tyne Under the Stars events in January and February 2022
Services required
• Work with production manager, creative team and artists to confirm design and specification of technical systems for the 7 events
• Produce detailed system specifications and drawings relating to the contract
• Provide lighting and sound equipment as agreed for all events
• Liaise with production manager and other contractors regarding required power supplies, structures etc
• Provide technicians to install, program and run all technical systems
• Supply detailed Risk assessments, method statements, associated H&S and environmental policy documents and evidence of staff competency associated with safe delivery where appropriate
• Provide transport for all equipment to and from site in central Newcastle and travel for all staff
