Description

Gloucestershire County Council is seeking tenders for the provision and operation of a waste transfer service for bulking and haulage of residual waste from the districts of Cheltenham and Tewkesbury and Forest of Dean and Cotswold

The service is to be tendered in three Lots for the following geographical areas

Lot 1 Cheltenham Borough with Tewkesbury Borough Contract start 1st March 2019
Lot 2 Cotswold district Contract Start 1st February 2020
Lot 3 Forest of Dean District Contract Start 1st February 2020

TUPE will apply to Lots 2 and 3 where there is existing transfer stations
In order to obtain the TUPE details for these Lots you will need to complete and sign the Confidentiality Certificate in Appendix D of the ITT pack and return it via the messaging system in ProContract
The TUPE details will then be provided to you
