Description
To provide NEC Supervisor Services throughout the full duration of RIBA Stage 5 (Manufacturing and Construction) and Stage 6 (Handover), pursuant to a NEC4 Form of Contract (Design & Build) covering the following scope of work elements for the buildings described above:
• Architectural Installation
• Structural Installation
• Civil Engineering Installation
• Mechanical Installation (*Limited capacity; see note below)
• Electrical Installation (*Limited capacity; see note below)
• Plumbing Installation (*Limited capacity; see note below)
• Geotechnical Monitoring and Installation
• External Works and Landscaping Installation
*Note - It is proposed to procure a separate Appointment for a Technical Advisor 'monitoring' role that will oversee the final design, installation and commissioning phase of these works.
