As part of the National Police Air Service Fleet Replacement Programme there is a requirement to provide tender assurance and support services as listed:
• Aircraft acquisition specification definition.
• Professional advice on aircraft financing and leasing within public-sector procurement.
• Aircraft performance and direct operating costs of specific aircraft types.
• Operational analysis and simulation of the London Region outsourcing model.
