Description

Birmingham City Council invite organisations to be considered to receive tender documentation for the DEMOLITION AND ASSOCIATED WORKS INCLUDING SITE CLEARANCE OF 66 -92 THE FORDROUGH, 1-9 HOULDEY ROAD, WEST HEATH, BIRMINGHAM, B31 3LU.

Contract Number 13015

It is considered the 3 storey Buildings of traditional construction consisting of retail units on the ground floor with flats above. The buildings are no longer suitable for habitation and the site is earmarked for redevelopment and therefore identifies the need for safe demolition and site clearance.

It is anticipated the contract period will be from 18 March 2019 to 05 July 2019. The successful contractor will need to demonstrate his ability to provide the service required, confirmation of conforming to demolition, asbestos and other relevant health and safety legislation, equalities and financial stability.

The estimated value of the works is in the region of £75,000.00 to £125,000.00.
