Description
Cloud Cuckoo Valley (CCV) is a multi-part kinetic sculpture, currently on display at Locomotion in Shildon. In November 2021, some parts of the sculpture will move to display at the Science and Industry Museum in Manchester, and other parts will move to storage at SMG's National Collection Centre in Wiltshire. In April/May 2022, most of CCV will return to display at Locomotion.
SMG is looking to appoint an experienced object transportation contractor to provide transport, packing materials, packing services and crate storage for the CCV project. The exhibit will be mounted and demounted by SMG staff.
