Description

We are looking to procure a multi-year contract that will allow in year one a complete portfolio review of Magna's properties. This will involve; validation and accuracy of databases relating to properties, displaying them as a dataset and in a mapping tool. In years two and three the contract must achieve the further development of the datasets and mapping tool to display, alongside the overview; future opportunities, trends and threats. These should be informed by (but not limited to) original, property, market, demographic and environmental analysis or credible third-party information with a relationship between the contractor and the third party.

It would be advantageous if the contract and associated tool could develop to offer the inclusion and display of land, development and regeneration opportunities for Magna. Organisations that have experience working in and with Social Housing providers will be at an advantage, support and experience with stock swaps, planning application (and analysis), acquisitions and disposals will be a strength to any bidder.

Finally, in future developments beyond this contract we would like to see a tool that can unify all of Magna's property data, display it in an effective way that could prompt and aid decision making.

We will be looking to take a tender to market in the autumn of 2023 and anticipate awarding a 3 year contract with two optional one year extensions. Bidders interested in participating or discussing further should contact Magna directly.
