Description

Bath and North East Somerset Council wishes to establish a Contract for the provision of Exhibition Design Team services for the new Fashion Museum, Bath.

The main strategic objectives of this Contract are:
-To support an initial space planning exercise to establish where best to locate the various requirements of the Brief within the available space
-Input into the work to secure Listed Building and Planning Consents as required for the project
-To develop the exhibition design through to RIBA 4 for the Fashion Museum within the available budget and in line with the programme
-To work with and coordinate the design with the architectural/basebuild design and any other fit out design required
-To oversee the construction of the design of the exhibitions

In order to achieve the aforementioned, Bath and North East Somerset Council are wishing to procure an Exhibition Design Team. This will include:

-Exhibition designers (2d and 3d),
-AVHW consultant
-Lighting designer

The Council is managing this procurement in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations.

This is a Contract being procured under the Restricted procedure.
