The provision of Lift Preventative Maintenance Services
The provision of 24/7 attendances to lift breakdowns
The provision of engineer attendances during open days / student days.
The provision of small repairs resulting from breakdowns, service requirements, LOLER requirements and wear and tear.
The provision of lift refurbishment and removal of existing and replacement with new. This applies to present portfolio only and excludes any new building works where lifts are required and tendered through main contractors.
An option for the provision of an engineer on site during normal working hours for 9 months of the calendar year. September - June
