Description

Luminate Education Group is seeking a contractor to support us with the refurbishment of the university centre, replacing the flooring in the communal areas, creating some new office spaces and refurbishments to toilets on all floors. This shall comprise strip out, demolition and collection, joinery and decorating alongside some M&E works as detailed within the documentation.
