Description

The Authority is looking to procure the supply and delivery of 2 No. Scanna X-Ray Generators, Model XRS-3 (or equivalent). Models offered should be complete with keys, tripod mount, manual firing cable, 2 batteries, instruction manual and be supplied in a hard case. The Authority will NOT accept quotes for units which feature Bluetooth connectivity.
Quotations should be valid for 90 days, in £ Sterling and be inclusive of all packing and delivery charges. A minimum of 1 years warranty must be provided with the goods. Interested parties should provide a quote to the email address in this Notice. Please note the following:
1) Only suppliers accepting the Authority's Terms and Conditions will be accepted for consideration (Terms available to download from this Notice).
2) Quotes must be accompanied by supplier bank details on letter headed paper.
3) Quotes must be accompanied by a signed copy of the Authority's Ethics Policy Statement (available to download from this Notice)
4) Quotes will be evaluated on a VfM basis. A model evaluation model is available to download from this Notice (for information only).
5) The Authority is unable to accept emails with Excel spreadsheets that contain macros.
