Description

The London Borough of Sutton is working on an exciting project to create two green spaces as part of our response to the Climate Emergency. Through consultation we've identified an area in Sutton High Street and an existing small open space in Wallington as areas to adapt and improve.

The Council is looking for someone to work with us to design two accessible, open green space/parklet/community gardens. These will help mitigate against extreme heat and surface water flooding, while also having interest for the community and improving the appearance of and increasing use of the space. They will need to be easy to maintain, as a prerequisite is that the spaces can be maintained by the community.

Please note that the budget for this project is in the range of £17,000 - £20,000 Maximum

Please refer to tender documents for all the criteria
