Description
The London Borough of Enfield is seeking expressions of interest to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced provider, with proven capability to supply licenced operators for it's concierge service at the following tower blocks within the borough: - Walbrook House - Alama Road Estate · Curlew House · Cormorant House · Merlin House Duties will be carried out from a purpose built, secure concierge reception area located within the lobby of each tower block for the following hours for 365 days a year: - Monday to Friday: 08.00am to 23.15pm - Weekends and Public Holidays: 10.00am to 18.00pm The main function of the concierge service is to: - Provide a reassuring welcoming presence to residents of each building. - Provide access controls to the building, ensuring only authorised personnel are provided entry. - Support L B Enfield's service provision within the building. - Report issues and incidents affecting the building to service providers. - Cascade information on the building and L B Enfield's services to residents. The core requirements to be provided by the concierge service include but are not limited to the following responsibilities: - Responsibility for ensuring that the building remains secure and only residents and authorised personnel are given access. - To provide a front of house reception/meet and greet service for authorised personnel within the building. - To monitor and report any communal repairs affecting the block. - Support the work objectives of building cleaning operatives to ensure any issues are reported. - To help maintain the cleanliness of lift cars and lobby areas and keep the concierge reception area and office clean at all times. - To support residents to report property repairs. - To monitor and report any health and safety issues affecting the block and be aware of health and safety procedures. - To report any concerns regarding the safeguarding of adults or children to LB Enfield. - To inform residents of any day to day issues affecting the block. - Maintain an electronic record as per the contract performance specification, incident book and authorised visitor's book requirement. - Ensuring information is up to date on the lobby communal notice boards, and unauthorised notices are removed. - Ensuring only authorised officers are allowed into the concierge area. - Build up a good working relationship with the LB Enfield's Public Safety Centre (EPSC). - Register for each duty through LB Enfield's EPSC at the commencement / ending of each shift by each individual officer. - To report any incidents as per process and inform the EPSC. - To maintain an electronic customer feedback register of complaints, comments and improvements.
