Background
AGEM have IT departments over several geographical areas, the IT staff include Service desk, Field engineering and Infrastructure personnel
We would like ITIL 4 Foundation training on our sites

Audience
Mainly Service Desk and Field Engineering staff, however could include some Infrastructure staff

Aim
To provide 5 training sessions catering for 12 staff in each session
