Description

A pilot, multi component weight loss intervention that utilises group/team sport/physical activity as a key component, enabling eligible adult women in Gosport and Rushmoor who are overweight or obese to be supported to lose a minimum of 5% of their weight and increase levels of physical activity after 12-14 weeks.

The service will support adult women in Hampshire who want to or need to lose weight, through partaking in a programme with a physical activity as a major component to maximise their health and well being.
