Description
Manchester Metropolitan University ("the University") is seeking to appoint through a competitive procedure with negotiation a suitably qualified and experienced provider of a Human Resources and Finance cloud based system to support the ongoing transformation and continuous improvement of the University HR and Finance functions.
Services include but are not limited to;
1) Greater self-service and straight through processing allowing HR and Finance to focus on value adding activity
2) Single view of operations, engaging user experience with simple intuitive navigation
3) A cloud based solution
4) A common data model - one source of the truth to enable data driven decision making
5) Robust Analytics and Reporting
6) Quality output at pace
This tender is phase one of a major programme for Manchester Metropolitan University to overhaul the HR and Financial Management Systems and processes. Over the next 12 months a number of tenders will be published to achieve the University's technology strategy. Phase one is specifically to select a new HR and Finance business system that will transform, integrate and scale to meet business need. Phase two of the programme will be to tender for an implementation partner who will support the University to determine the scope, implementation plan and tactical execution of the programme in line with the University's strategic objectives.
