Description

The Council wishes to procure a provider having the premises and expertise to deliver a Children's Centre in the South of Walsall, targeted and Early Help services in accordance with current national and local policy and statutory requirements. The service specification gives the context in which the Children's centre will operate and the contribution that they are expected to make to the lives of young children and families.

The Centre will increase reach area and focus delivery on target groups: partnership will be key to delivery.
