Description

Oldham Council and Rochdale MBC seek to appoint a specialist contractor to provide graffiti removal and deep cleaning services.
Graffiti will be removed from all publicly and privately owned properties which are visible from the public highway in accordance with relevant health and safety legislation and best practice in terms of environmentally sound practices.
Deep cleaning duties will be required of various areas, items and buildings e.g. chewing gum removal, war memorials and subways.
