Description
The Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea is proposing to place a four year consultants framework agreement to support its housing capital investment programme. It is intended that the frameworks will commence in December 2019 in sufficient time to deliver the capital programme commencing financial year 2020/2021. Over the term of the agreements the anticipated combined spend may be in the order of £30m.
There framework will divided into a number of Lots. It is expected that the Lots will be:

On 9 May 2019 the Council will be holding an event for potential bidders when the structure and further details of the framework will be presented. The time of this event is 13.30 - 16.00.
