Description

The University is inviting tenders for a Mechanical Services Installer to undertake the phased removal and replacement of the 8No. upflow air conditioning unit systems that serve 8No. Controlled Environment Rooms located on the ground floor of the Lancaster Environment Centre (LEC) Building.
The general scope of services required includes the removal and replacement of the internal up-flow units, external roof mounted condensers, interconnecting refrigerant pipework, localised domestic water pipework and waste water drainage systems.
Minor builders work would be required to make access available into suspended ceilings for services installation, to make good areas of the floors finishes including paint redecoration.

Value are estimates only and the dates maybe subject to change.
