Modification Notice
Original description: The works and services will comprise all types of Construction works and services, including design and other services as required to design, develop and construct the works. The specific works and services that may be procured under the framework cannot be clearly defined at this stage, however the nature and types of works that may be required may include those services identified by CPV code on or in connection with any land or property and related asset owned, rented, leased or developed by any of the public sector bodies eligible to use the framework, or on property or related assets in which any of the public sector bodies may have an interest at the time or prospectively and may include projects in the following sectors amongst others: education, housing, blue light, health, offices, transport, military, industrial and commercial buildings and other public sector operational buildings and establishments.
Description of the modifications
Scape Group will extend the Regional Construction Framework (Framework) for a period of 12 months and it will remain live and available for call-offs until 26/08/2027. During this extension period, Scape will be advertising and putting in place a replacement framework arrangement.
Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:
The extension is a permitted modification under Regulation 72(1)(e) and Regulation 72 1(f) (an insubstantial change below 15% of the framework agreement) of the Public Contract Regulations 2015. The extension is considered insubstantial as the scope of works remains unchanged and there has been no increase to the value of the Framework. The estimated value of the overall Framework as stated in the original contract notice 2021/S 000-020003 remains unaltered. No additional amendments are made.
