Description
As part of the development of the Local Plan, the Council seeks to commission consultants to undertake the Sustainability Appraisal (SA), Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) and Habitats Regulation Assessment (HRA) as required during the preparation and assessment of a new Local Plan for the District. The SA assessment will be required to incorporate the SEA and SA requirements into a single assessment process, hereafter referred to as SA.
