Description

De Montfort University's Security team requires a mechanism for recording and managing security incidents in real-time. The Security team utilises a system which relies upon template forms in MS Word, which although robust is slower and less responsive to use than a purpose-made system would be.

Currently there is no Incident Management System which will allow real-time inputting and tracking of incidents reported to the Security Team at DMU, and therefore this RfQ has been issued in order to identify suitably-qualified suppliers to submit proposals to supply such a system.

All other information relating to Award Criteria, evaluation and the full specification etc can be found within our RfQ document for this procurement loaded on the In-Tend e tendering portal https://in-tendhost.co.uk/demontfort/aspx/Home
