Description
Lewisham Council invites submission to Tender for a supported housing service serving people with serious and enduring mental health needs, on the terms and conditions set out in this invitation to tender (ITT) and the attached Contract Documentation. The service will for people with severe and enduring mental health needs, and will fit into the LBL mental supported housing pathway. It will be a 34 bed service across 4 buildings, with a mix of 24 hour cover and visiting support. Each building used for the contract comes with a registered landlord.
