Description

SW9 Community Housing will be inviting expressions of interest from suitably experienced and qualified contractors to provide a Responsive Repairs and Void Maintenance service to their stock on the Stockwell Park Estate and surrounding street properties.
SW9 manage approx 1600 properties on the estate on behalf of the landlord and their parent company Network Homes.
The contract will initially be for 3 years commencing in Jan 19 with the option to extend by 2 further annual extensions. the maximum contract length will be for 5 years.
A partnering approach is a key requirement for both parties, SW9 will require the successful contractor to co-locate on the estate to develop a close working relationship with both management and the operatives who will be delivering the service.
