Contract for Loxford Hall Conversion and Extensions within the London Borough of Redbridge ("the Contract").

Loxford Hall is a locally listed building currently being used by the Redbridge Children and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS).

The Council has produced plans for a small scale residential development providing 6 self-contained accommodation (4x 2bed flats and 2x 3/4bed maisonettes) with amenities. Includes disposal of a portacabin (45.88 m2 ) from the rear of Loxford Hall.
