Description

Transport for the South East (TfSE) is seeking a consultancy service, or consortium, that will
work collaboratively with the team to provide a call off consultancy provision to cover a wide
range of support to TfSE, to ensure delivery of our ambitious programme of work. The range of
work that TfSE want to deliver is diverse and their technical team requires expert and technical
support to deliver it. This contract will provide a call off consultancy provision to cover a wide
range of support to Transport for the South East and its partners, to ensure delivery of the
programme.
The required consultancy service, provided by a single supplier or a consortium, will work
collaboratively with the Transport for the South East team to provide a wide range of specialist
advice and technical support to deliver the ambitious TfSE programme of work. DfT funding
requires delivery of projects within agreed timescales. This Contract will ensure that TfSE can
meet these deadlines. Up to this point, the service has been undertaking reactive procurement
exercises in order to obtain the services of a multitude of consultants over a number of projects;
the aim of this contract is to cease the need for re-active procurement exercises and to obtain a
level of consistency in the services being provided.
