Description
National Physical Laboratory require a Multi-Channel Constant Monitoring Measurement System to measure voltage levels
The high speed constant monitoring system will provide replacement capability for an ageing system which no longer conforms to current standards. It will be used to monitor 1000 channels and should be designed to be modular, with the ability to share the measurement capability between projects depending on demand.
The multi-channel constant monitoring measurement system will enable the acquisition of data at the rate of 10KHz per channel covering a minimum of 1000 channels with a precision of 30 micro-volts. This meets the current requirements of industry of 10KS/s per channel. The system should be modular in order to allow the measurement system to be deployed to at least two different locations. The system should be expandable and in order to accommodate a further 2 cards should expansion of capacity be required.
