Description

Portsmouth City Council (the 'council') currently have a contract in place for the delivery of Adult Mental Health Supported Housing/ Living services for vulnerable individuals in Portsmouth. This contract is due to end on the 30th April 2023 and is currently valued somewhere between £595,950.92 and £683,816.92 per annum.
The purpose of this engagement is to share with you information about the current service and also our current service specification and ask you to comment on our requirements. Any information a provider shares could be used to assist drafting the final specification.
We are also using the process to 'test the market' to obtain a better understanding of the level of interest from potential providers in delivering this service.
Providers should note that there is no obligation to take part in this exercise and that, if they do not take part, it will not preclude them from any subsequent related procurement process. Engaging providers will not receive preferential treatment in any subsequent quotation or tender process, and this is in no way an indication of the selection of any organisation or a guarantee of future work.
Below you will find a range of questions for your completion. Interested providers are invited to submit the completed questionnaire via the InTend system by the return deadline. Any questions that you may have must also be submitted using its correspondence function on InTend.
Following this process, the council will consider the appropriate route for this service.

The council would like to thank you in advance for your help with this request and assure you that all information provided will be treated as confidential
