Description

Aa PM-led Design & Business Consultancy Team is required to deliver a project on behalf of Royal Borough of Greenwich (RBG). The site is 10acres woodland, currently unused, freehold owned and subject to Metropolitan Open and Crown Land restrictions. RBG need an Adult SEND Teaching & Respite Centre and Outdoor Activities Centre, including parking & drop off facilities. As part of the feasibility stage sign-off a business case will be developed to ensure economic viability. The building contractor will join at RIBA Stage 3, under a PCSA.
