Description

To support UKGI in this work, a Financial and Strategic adviser is required to make sure the plan provided by POL is appropriate and robust, that it can sustainably meet Government's objectives for POL (e.g. to secure the future of 3,000 rural post offices) and that relevant governance and monitoring arrangements are strong. Specifically regarding funding, it will also be critical to ensure that POL has access to sufficient but not excessive funding, that risks regarding this sufficiency are identified and can be managed and that any package agreed delivers clear Value for Money.
