Halton Borough Council wishes to carry out Mechanical Works to the following property: Rutland House, Runcorn The work will comprise the following:- Replacement of existing boilers AT ROOF LEVEL and associated works with their modern equivalent as per specification and drawings. The works will commence late June / early July 2015. Exact date TBA.
