Description

The University of Warwick has a requirement to purchase the provision of IT Consultancy services to support a number of change programmes.

The University of Warwick's Information & Digital Group (IDG) encompasses the running of Business as Usual (BAU) activities as well as multiple programmes & projects which are both in flight and planned across the campus to deliver the IT strategy. Typical areas include new software deployments, software upgrades with change management, hardware refresh, hardware consolidation, hardware migration to cloud & technology rollouts.

To this end, the intention is to establish a framework to provide an efficient route for The University of Warwick to engage with Suppliers in accessing IT Consultant. This framework would be setup on IDG's current and future requirements over its lifetime.

This tender is split into ten lots, covering the following areas:
o Lot 1: Transformation Consultancy Services including Advisory, Programme Management, Project Management, PMO, Agile Scrum & Business Analysis
o Lot 2: Microsoft Consultancy Services including Office 365, Microsoft Identity Management (MIM), Active Directory & Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services
o Lot 3: Microsoft Dynamics CRM Consultancy Services
o Lot 4: Service Management Consultancy Services including ServiceNow
o Lot 5: Software Development & Application Management Consultancy Services including Python, SQL, Java, Scala & Visual Studio/. Net
o Lot 6: Data Science & Analytics Consultancy Services including Power BI, R-Studio, Alteryx & Tableau
o Lot 7: Azure IAAS Infrastructure Consultancy Services including Microsoft Azure Cloud
o Lot 8: Tribal Higher Education Consultancy Services including SITS & Other Tribal systems
o Lot 9: Higher Education Consultancy Services including Moodle, GradIntel & OneFile
o Lot 10: Architecture Strategic Consultancy Services including Advisory & Architecture
