Description

Runnymede Borough Council as a commercial landlord inherited a Section 106 planning agreement that requires a working day business shuttle bus service to be provided to the tenants of 5 Pine Trees Business Park Chertsey Lane Staines-Upon-Thames TW18 3HR between Staines Train Station and 5 Pine Trees Business Park. The shuttle bus will be provided to the commercial tenants & their staff under the existing lease service charge arrangement for this building which is currently managed by CBRE.
