Description

Warrington Borough Council seeks to engage with providers of physical and enriching activities, activity packs, wellbeing activities, food provision and nutritional education for children, to participate in the Holiday Activity Fund (HAF) Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS).

Activities can be open to all children with priority given to those receiving benefits-related free school meals. Those not on free school meals can pay to attend if there are sufficient spaces. Spaces for children on free school meals will be made available at no cost to the family.

The DPS is open to admitted providers throughout the period of validity which will initially be until end of December 2021 but could be extended until December 2023.

Providers who are interested may register at any time using the e-tendering portal, www.the-chest.org.uk, where all tendering documentation and submission forms may be found.
