Description
Gateshead Council and Newcastle Gateshead Clinical Commissioning Group (NGCCG) are looking to appoint suitably qualified and experienced organisations for the Provision of All Age Carers Services in Gateshead.
The aim of the service will be to:
Keep carers informed
Support carers to look after their health and well being
Offer carers a break from caring
Raise awareness of the role of carers
The contract will be divided into 3 Lots:-
Lot 1 - Young Carers Service
Lot 2 - Adult Carers Service
Lot 3 - Carer Relief
