Description

11 faulty fire doors, remove x9 fire doors and x1 double fire door set for waste disposal.

Supply and install x9 new FD30 fire doors, supply and install new smoke seals, new fire rated hinge sets, new over head door closures and new kick plates.

Supply and install x1 double set of veneer doors use sites existing locking systems,

Supply and install emergency exit signage. Upon completion of works leave site clean, tidy and ensure all fire doors are in the correct working order.

We welcome a site survey to be carried out if required, dates available are 21st and 22nd December 2022.

Prior to any works commencing the Principal contractor will provide a Construction Phase Plan (CPP) in writing, to be checked and approved by the Principal Designer at least 10 days prior to proposed construction works starting.

Site specific Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS), which take into account task risks and site related risks, including those identified by the DEFRA Client and the Principal Designer.

All work carried out by the contractor should comply with the DEFRA approved code of practice with regards to health, safety and wellbeing.

Site Manager to have SMSTS accreditation (or equivalent) and site supervisors to have SSSTS accreditation.
